Selecting participants

Many students in the school want to take part in European ERASMUS + Projects, so schools have to decide on appropriate criteria to choose participants.

The partner schools decided to create an interview with which we could measure skills and attitudes to select students, such as the ability to communicate, maturity, responsibility and responsiveness in difficult situations, since they were going to travel to unknown countries and language foreign

We want to make clear that the ability to communicate in English was not an important requirement to select candidates for mobility. It is an inclusion project, and we encourage many students, who probably never have the possibility to travel to these countries and have these experiences.
